    • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
    • 2tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
    • 3tbsp cider vinegar
    • 1tsp honey or agave nectar
    • 1tbsp wholegrain mustard
    • 1tbsp chilly water


  1. Put all of the substances in a small bowl and whisk properly.

For a smoother dressing, pulse substances in a meals processor. Every dressing must be sufficient for about 300g blended leaves (sufficient for
four individuals).
